Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Hash Media for use of Hashdrop. In force from 11 August 2026.

These terms govern your use of Hashdrop at staging.hashmedia.biz ("the Service"), operated by Hash Media, 803, Krishna Beacon, Near Tragad Tunnel, Off S.P. Ring Road, Near Vaishnodevi Circle, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India — 382470. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

1. Accounts and organisations

Everything you publish belongs to an organisation. Whoever creates it is its owner and may invite others and set their roles. You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping your password to yourself, and for telling us promptly if you believe someone else has it.

You must be able to form a binding contract, and must not use the Service if we have previously terminated your account.

2. What you may publish

You may upload mobile application builds and related packages that you own or are authorised to distribute. What you may not upload is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. Uploading anything on that list is a material breach.

You keep all rights in what you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the Service: to store your files, serve them to the people you distribute them to, and make backups.

3. Your responsibilities to your own users

Have the right to distribute every build you upload
Obtain consent from testers before enrolling their devices, and tell them what device information you collect
Comply with Apple's and Google's terms where they apply to your distribution
Not use the Service to bypass a platform's review process for software that requires it

4. Plans, payment and limits

Plans, their limits and their prices are shown on the site. Limits are enforced: an action that would exceed one is refused with an explanation. Nothing already published stops working because you reached a limit — existing builds stay installable and existing links keep working.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees. Prices exclude GST, which is charged where applicable. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

5. Suspension and termination

You may close your organisation at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that we are required to act against by law, or that puts the Service or its other customers at risk.

Where a breach is serious — malware, content that is unlawful, or a valid takedown we are required to honour — suspension takes effect immediately and stops distribution, including links already shared. For anything less serious we will tell you first and give you a reasonable chance to put it right.

On termination we keep your data for 30 days, during which we will provide a copy on request, after which it is deleted. There is no self-service export yet; write to info@hashmedia.in.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and take nightly backups, each verified by restoring it and comparing row counts, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance that we expect to be disruptive will be announced in advance where practical.

7. Liability

The Service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data beyond what our backups hold. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from what you distribute through the Service, including claims that a build infringes someone's rights or breaks the law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to organisation owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
